We repair certain types of ECUs ABS (Bosch) for the types of cars:

Signs of ABS control unit error (eventually ASR, ESP):

- A diagnostic report: "defective ABS control unit"

- Diagnostics can not be associated with a unit ABS

- ABS indicator light (by diagnostics rule out an error on the wheel speed sensor )

- Flashing red exclamation mark - braking system error message

- ABS system works but sometimes ceases (ABS warning light is glowing or red exclamation mark is flashing)

- A diagnostic report "faulty wheel speed sensor" (if the sensor itself and the cable line connected to it are fine)

Demount

To demount the ABS control unit just unscrew only six screws from the ABS pump and disconnect the 2 Connecting connectors (great upper connector from car and little for communication between the ABS control unit and the ABS pump ). To all of this you will only need basic mechanical skills, a Torx wrench size 20 (T 20), a little patience and about 20 minutes of your time. Or visit your auto service.

ABS pump (aluminum cube with the designation type ABS) do not have to be demounted, as there is no need to demount brake pressure tubes. Therefore, when removing the electronic parts of the unit the breaks will not intake air unnecessarily. Then deliver the control unit, personally or by mail, to our address. Be sure to include your name, address and telephone number! The reparation usually takes from 1 to 3 days depending on the difficulty of the repair. After repairing the unit will be delivered by courier back.

Price of the reparation with one year warranty is 140 €

If we are not able to repair the control unit from some reason, we do not charge any fees (except postage).
